My name is Jo, and I am passionate about communication, leadership development, and helping people grow. While I live and work in the United States as a primary school teacher, much of my heart is invested in projects in Kenya, Africa.
I love working alongside businesses, schools, and nonprofits that are making a tangible difference in their communities. This blog is a casual space where I share stories from the field, interviews with inspiring leaders, and meaningful (and sometimes humorous) insights from my travels.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.

The first week we worked through time management strategies. Today we looked at some practical tools to help them strategically communicate with one another in the workplace.
